As a service for our community, we provide health and wellness classes. Classes are designed to explore the various ways to enhance the mind, body, spirit connection. Participation in these classes requires an interview in advance with the instructor.

Ongoing participation is by instructor invitation only. Class times are listed on our schedule.

Movement classes for intermediate and advanced levels of ability:

Pilates

The Rinpa Version of Pilates is based on the work of the American Master Teacher of Movement, Jewell Walker. This class will take the participant through a series of exercise sequences designed to improve alignment, core muscle strength, and postural endurance. This workout will challenge the body while providing an enjoyable exercise in strength building. Joint stabilization, back strength and increased flexibility are just some of the many benefits you will receive from this workout. Though based on the teachings of Jewell Walker, this class also integrates elements from the martial arts, the Yerashalmi Technique, and contemporary physiological principles to create a safe, effective, and efficient workout.
