Public Movement Classes

As a service for our community, we provide health and wellness classes. Classes are designed to explore the various ways to enhance the mind, body, spirit connection. Participation in these classes requires an interview in advance with the instructor.

Classes open to all ages and levels of ability:

Yoga

Participants learn Rinpa Yoga, our compilation of modern and classical elements that produce the one hour Rinpa Yoga workout. Asanas, psychological relaxation, soundings, chantings, and meditation produce a relaxing and energetic awareness. Rinpa Yoga is a method to promote health and wellness. Ideal to begin or end the day, reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and advance mental wellness.

Tai Ki

Incorporates the Makahos, Five Element Theory, Rinpa Tai Ki, and additional meditation methodologies. The participant learns more about the meridians and their relationship to the Ki (pranayama). Shunyata and Vipassana meditation are introduced. Substitutions involving elements within Rinpa Yoga.
